Information and Policies

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008, ALL OF OUR ROOM RATES HAVE BEEN INCREASED - SEE WEB SITE FOR CURRENT ROOM RATES

    Your stay at Roseberry House includes a full home cooked breakfast served at your convenience in the beautiful Dining Room.  We use only fresh ingredients and the microwave is only to soften the butter, heat the tea water and the plates!!  If you need an early or a late breakfast time, we will do our best to accommodate you.  Also, if you have any dietary restrictions please let us know at check-in.

   There is a private entrance for you to come and go as you please.  The small porch at the end of the upstairs hallway has two chairs so that you may sit and enjoy the view down North Lassen Street to Historic Main Street.

   There are no telephones in the rooms, so if you need to make calls, please bring your cell phone.  There is a small television in Jenny's room, the Brittany and in the French Suite.  Please be aware of other guests and keep the volume reasonable.

   Smoking is not permitted inside the Roseberry House.  You may, however, smoke outside and we have provided a small deck in the front of the house with a table and chairs for your convenience.

    There is a forced air heating system upstairs but we do not have air conditioning except in the French Suite and Jenny's room.  There are ceiling fans in all the rooms to help with the heat in warm weather.

Roseberry House Policies:

          Credit Card guarantees room (or prepayment by check)
          Check-in time to be determined at time of reservation.
          Check-out time is 11:00 am.
          Prices are single or double occupancy and subject to local tax.  Add $25.00 for
              each extra  person per room.  If you wish to have guests for breakfast we will
              gladly accommodate them for a charge of $10.00 per person.
          Yes, we allow well-behaved and well-supervised children at Roseberry House.
              They will be charged at the extra person rate of $25.00 regardless of age.
            Yes, we will consider your pet as well.  Remember, he or she must never be
              left in the room alone.  There is also a $10.00 charge per night for your approved pet.
          Please, no candles, incense or open flames in the rooms. (We are 100 years old
             and made of wood and we'd like to stick around for another hundred years!)
          Breakfast is served promptly at your requested time, and we serve everything freshly cooked so please be on time.

Cancellation Policy

          5-day cancellation notice on guaranteed reservations.  For all cancellations there
             will be a $25.00 service charge.
          After check-in, cancellation of any subsequent reserved nights will be billed
             unless notice is given 24 hours in advance of your new departure date.
          No-Shows will be charged for the entire reservation unless we are able to re-book
             the room, for which credit will be issued.
